Initial 48-Hour Cancellation Window
Patrons can cancel their order and request a 100% refund within 48 hours of order placement. This is the period before raw marble block allocation and outline marking begins at our Jaipur studio.
Quarry Allocation & Marking Stage
Once the raw Makrana marble block is sliced and hand-outline chisel markings begin (typically after 48 hours), cancellation requests are subject to a 25% restocking/labor fee. This offsets block cutting costs and master carver wages.
Completed Sculptures & Transit Damage
Bespoke, completed statues cannot be returned or refunded after dispatch. However, if transit damage is identified during unboxing (verified by a video recording), we file immediate insurance claims, cover repair costs for minor chips, or initiate a brand-new replacement carving at zero extra charge.
Custom Escrow Refund Settlements
For orders handled under secure bank escrow agreements, refund releases align strictly with the escrow contract milestones verified by the trustee bank (SBI/ICICI/HSBC).
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
