Heavy monolithic marble statues require structural wooden packaging to absorb shocks during ocean transits. Under the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) standards, all our timber crates undergo Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB) fumigation. We provide official Phytosanitary Certificates stamped by accredited authorities to guarantee smooth customs clearance at the ports of USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Every sculpture is encased in custom double-layered plywood panels reinforced with diagonal wood cross-members. The interior is lined with 2-inch shock-absorbing polyethylene foam blocks, form-fit to the statue’s exact chiseled contours. Packing weight typically accounts for 20% to 25% of the net marble weight.

For international shipments, we offer ocean-freight delivery via major shipping lines (Maersk, MSC, COSCO) to your nearest dry or sea discharge port. Typical ocean transit durations are: USA East Coast (35-40 days), USA West Coast (45-50 days), UK/Europe (28-32 days), Australia (20-25 days). Door delivery is arranged via local air-ride tail-lift trucks.

All cargos are covered by comprehensive All-Risk Marine Transit Insurance. Upon arrival at your destination, patrons are requested to perform a video-recorded unboxing. In the rare event of structural stress fractures, claims are settled directly with the insurance provider, and our Jaipur factory prioritizes a replacement carving block immediately.
